Business
Palm Hills Developments S.A.E. is an Egypt-based real estate development company engaged in the investment, acquisition, master planning, construction, marketing, and facility management of integrated residential, commercial, and resort properties. Founded in 1997 and headquartered in Giza, Egypt, the company operates across key metropolitan and coastal markets in Egypt, including East Cairo, West Cairo, Alexandria, and the Mediterranean North Coast, alongside expanding operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The company operates through three primary business segments: Residential Development, Commercial and Mixed-Use Real Estate, and Hospitality and Leisure Services. Its portfolio of products and services comprises master-planned residential communities, including luxury standalone villas, townhouses, twin houses, duplexes, and apartment complexes developed under flagship master projects such as Palm Hills October, Badya, Palm Hills New Cairo, Palm Hills Katameya, Capital Gardens, The Crown, and Woodville; prime coastal resort destinations, vacation homes, chalets, serviced beach residences, and boutique holiday properties marketed under the Hacienda brand portfolio, including Hacienda Bay, Hacienda White, Hacienda West, and Hacienda Waters; commercial, retail, and healthcare developments, including corporate business parks, grade-A office buildings, open-air retail strips, lifestyle dining hubs, and specialized medical facilities; and complementary recurring-revenue services, including property management, infrastructure operation and maintenance, community security, recreational sports clubs through Palm Hills Sports Club, and educational real estate partnerships. In recent developments, Palm Hills Developments expanded its regional footprint by entering the Saudi Arabian real estate market through a strategic co-development partnership to execute large-scale integrated communities, launched major new coastal phases including the Hacienda Waters development on the North Coast, completed multiple multi-billion-pound securitized bond issuances and syndicated credit facilities to finance ongoing infrastructure and fast-track construction across its 3,000-feddan Badya smart city, and formed strategic alliances with international school operators and global service providers to scale integrated education and lifestyle assets within its existing master plans.
