Corgi Emerging Markets Equities 15% Structured Buffer ETF – August Series is a non-diversified exchange-traded fund offered by Corgi ETF Trust I and advised by Corgi Strategies, LLC. The Fund seeks to provide investment results that generally correspond to the price return, excluding dividends, of the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF (EEM), subject to an upside cap of 30.22% before fees and expenses, while buffering the first 15.00% of EEM losses over each annual outcome period. The Fund obtains exposure principally through a portfolio of FLEX Options linked to EEM rather than direct holdings of emerging-market equities, and, under normal conditions, invests at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in investments providing exposure to EEM. Its August Series outcome period runs from August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2027, with annual resets; losses exceeding the 15.00% buffer remain borne by shareholders, and gains are limited by the applicable cap. EMAU targets investors seeking defined-outcome exposure to emerging-market equities, including markets in Asia, Latin America, emerging Europe, Africa and the Middle East, through a listed U.S. ETF structure. The Fund carries a 0.40% gross expense ratio and a 0.30% net expense ratio, reflecting fee waivers by the adviser. Corgi Invest, founded in 2025 and operating as a U.S.-based ETF sponsor, develops low-fee thematic, leveraged and structured-buffer ETFs designed to provide targeted access to disruptive industries, market segments and options-based risk-management strategies. Corgi’s product lineup includes thematic equity ETFs focused on artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, genomics and precision medicine, beauty and aesthetics, data and surveillance, buy-now-pay-later, digital banking and fintech infrastructure, and regional-company themes, as well as leveraged and buffer ETF series. EMAU represents a recent expansion of Corgi’s structured-buffer platform: the Fund commenced trading on Cboe on August 4, 2026, alongside other August-series defined-outcome ETFs, including U.S., growth-and-technology and international-developed-equities strategies.
