Fastighetsbolaget Emilshus AB (publ) acquires, develops, and manages high-yield commercial real estate properties primarily in southern Sweden; its portfolio focuses on light industry, warehouse, industrial service and professional trade, external trade, grocery trade, community service, and offices. The company owns 226 properties totaling 1,155,000 square meters of leasable space as of September 30, 2025, with operations spanning Småland, Östergötland, Skåne, and Halland, including management offices in Jönköping, Kalmar, Malmö, Vetlanda, and Växjö. Incorporated in 2018 and headquartered at Fabriksgatan 1A in Vetlanda, Sweden, Emilshus targets stable, long-term tenants with strong creditworthiness to generate robust cash flows and high direct yields through local presence and engagement.
