Corgi Emerging Markets Equities 15% Structured Buffer ETF - June Series is a non-diversified exchange-traded fund series of Corgi ETF Trust I that seeks to provide, over an annual outcome period, investment returns that generally correspond to the price return, excluding dividends, of the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, up to a predetermined upside cap, while seeking to buffer the first 15% of losses in the reference ETF, before fees and expenses. The fund provides structured exposure to publicly traded emerging-market equities through a portfolio of exchange-traded FLEX Options linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, including purchased call options, purchased put options, written call options and written put options, together with cash and cash-equivalent holdings, including U.S. Treasury instruments; it does not make direct stock investments.
