Corgi Emerging Markets Equities 15% Structured Buffer ETF - May Series is an actively managed, U.S.-domiciled exchange-traded fund issued by Corgi ETF Trust I and managed by Corgi Strategies, LLC. Trading on Cboe BZX Exchange under the ticker EMMY, the Fund seeks to provide investors with exposure to the price return, excluding dividends, of the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, up to a predetermined upside cap, while buffering the first 15% of losses in the underlying ETF over each approximately one-year outcome period. The Fund principally invests in FLEX Options and other investments designed to provide exposure to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF; it normally invests at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in instruments providing such exposure. The Fund targets U.S. investors seeking defined-outcome emerging-markets equity exposure through an ETF structure, including large- and mid-cap companies across emerging-market countries and regions. Its May Series outcome period runs from May 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027, with a 24.01% upside cap before fees and expenses and a 15.00% downside buffer, subject to the Fund’s investment risks and the performance of the underlying ETF. The Fund charges a gross annual management fee of 0.40% and a net expense ratio of 0.30%, reflecting a fee waiver. EMMY launched in May 2026 as part of Corgi Funds’ expansion of structured-buffer ETFs, alongside funds providing buffered exposure to U.S. equity, technology, small-cap, international and emerging-markets assets. Corgi Invest, founded in 2025, offers thematic, leveraged, structured-buffer and fixed-income ETFs designed to provide investors with targeted and accessible market exposure.
