Endo International plc, an Ireland-domiciled specialty pharmaceutical company founded in 1997 and headquartered at First Floor, Minerva House, Simmonscourt Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, Ireland, with U.S. headquarters in Malvern, Pennsylvania, develops, manufactures, markets and distributes branded and generic pharmaceuticals; its core products span Branded Pharmaceuticals including established brands such as XIAFLEX for Dupuytren's contracture and Peyronie's disease, BELBUCA for pain management, SUPPRELIN LA for central precocious puberty, and therapies in men's health, orthopedics and urology; Sterile Injectables encompassing a portfolio of injectable drugs; Generic Pharmaceuticals covering tablets, capsules, liquids, nasal sprays, ophthalmics and patches; and International Pharmaceuticals offering specialty products in Canada, Latin America and other regions. The company serves healthcare professionals and patients primarily in the United States and select international markets across therapeutic areas including endocrinology, gastroenterology, neurology, pulmonology, ophthalmology, rheumatology and critical care. In recent major developments, Endo International plc underwent financial restructuring, emerging from Chapter 11 bankruptcy in April 2024 as a private entity owned by its first-lien lenders following acquisition of its assets by Endo, Inc.; it completed a merger with Mallinckrodt plc on August 1, 2025, under which Endo shareholders received $100 million in cash and 49.9% ownership in the combined company with Mallinckrodt shareholders holding 50.1%; post-merger, the entity spun off its generics and sterile injectables businesses as independent Par Health while rebranding the branded pharmaceuticals operations as Keenova Therapeutics in November 2025, creating two focused companies with enhanced scale and operational efficiency.
