iShares Enhanced Emerging Markets Active ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks long-term capital appreciation while maintaining a low tracking error relative to the MSCI Emerging Markets Index. The fund invests primarily in emerging-market equity securities and uses proprietary quantitative return-forecast models to identify potential stock mispricing, selectively overweighting and underweighting securities while seeking to control incremental risk. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets are invested in emerging-market equity securities and related derivatives.
