Business
Fidelity Fundamental Large Cap Value ETF (FFLV) is an actively managed domestic equity exchange-traded fund sponsored by Fidelity Management & Research Company LLC and offered through Fidelity Institutional, focused on long-term capital growth through large-cap value investing. Founded in 2024 and headquartered in Smithfield, Rhode Island, the fund is managed by a team-based process that seeks to combine Fidelity portfolio managers’ highest-conviction ideas with quantitative portfolio construction while maintaining style-consistent large value exposure. The fund invests primarily in equity securities of large-cap companies, including U.S. and foreign issuers and, as of mid-2026, holds 106 securities with meaningful exposure to sectors such as information technology, financials, consumer discretionary, health care, industrials, and energy; its largest holdings include Amazon.com, Microsoft, Exxon Mobil, Apple, Wells Fargo, Cisco Systems, Bank of America, Merck, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing, and Travelers. Fidelity Fundamental Large Cap Value ETF is part of Fidelity’s Fundamental ETF suite, which also includes large cap core and growth strategies, and is designed for investors seeking diversified U.S. equity exposure with a value orientation and risk-adjusted return potential. The fund carries a gross expense ratio of 0.38% and had $15.88 million in assets as of June 30, 2026. Recent major changes include its launch on February 22, 2024; the ongoing build-out of Fidelity’s Fundamental ETF lineup; and an update to the fund’s benchmark methodology effective March 24, 2025, when the Russell 1000 Value Index adopted a capping methodology after previously being uncapped.
