Founded in 1900 as a family business by Constant Baverez and now led by Véronique Beauvais-Crefcoeur, the company is incorporated as a société anonyme since 1957 and headquartered at 2 Place des Pyramides, 75001 Paris, serving high-end leisure and business travelers with personalized service blending Parisian heritage and modern amenities. All operations remain focused in France with 268 employees, generating net sales primarily from Hôtel Regina (47%), Raphaël (36%), and Majestic-Spa (17%). Recent developments include ongoing renovation works at Hôtel Raphaël closed since November 10, 2024, with construction starting December 2, 2024, contributing to a 31% revenue decline in Q3 2025 and 24% in H1 2025 versus prior year; full-year 2024 net profit of €4.27 million; and Q1 2025 occupancy rate improvement to 60% from 53%.
