In recent developments, Alumexx completed major acquisitions of Euroscaffold and ASC Group on March 31, 2023, followed by their integration into three regional locations in 2024, enhancing its Benelux market position as the number two player; acquired a 51% stake in DeSteigerConcurrent on February 1, 2025, to expand online sales nationally and internationally; appointed Henk Hakvoort as CFO on July 1, 2024, and KPMG as PIE auditor in late 2023 to resolve listing compliance issues; launched a new brand policy segmenting products into Industrial, Professional, and DIY lines with added DIY innovations; and introduced the Alumexx Stock Option Plan (ASOP) in 2024 for employee incentives.
