- Corgi Lithography & Semiconductor Photonics ETF (Cboe: EUV) is an actively managed, non-diversified exchange-traded fund of Corgi ETF Trust I that seeks capital appreciation by investing principally in publicly traded companies participating in the global photonics and advanced-semiconductor ecosystem. Managed by Corgi Strategies, LLC, the Fund invests, under normal conditions, at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in companies materially involved in the development, deployment or operation of light-based technologies. Its investment exposure includes extreme-ultraviolet lithography systems and associated light sources, optics, masks, photoresists, metrology, process-control and semiconductor manufacturing and inspection tools; industrial, scientific and materials-processing lasers and laser systems; optical components and subsystems, including lenses, mirrors, coatings, waveguides, modulators and photonic integrated circuits; silicon photonics platforms; fiber-optic networking, optical communications and interconnect equipment supporting data centers, artificial-intelligence infrastructure and telecommunications; imaging, sensing and lidar technologies; and related software, control electronics and specialty materials. The Fund primarily purchases common stocks, including U.S.-listed securities, foreign-listed equities and American depositary receipts, and may invest across all market capitalizations, in other investment companies and, subject to limits, illiquid investments and minority interests in third-party special-purpose vehicles. Security selection combines bottom-up fundamental analysis with thematic and quantitative screening, emphasizing supply-chain positioning, growth potential and valuation. The Fund’s portfolio targets global issuers serving advanced semiconductor manufacturing, high-speed communications, precision sensing and next-generation computing markets; significant holdings have included Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd., ASML Holding N.V., Lam Research Corp., Applied Materials Inc., Lumentum Holdings Inc., KLA Corp., Corning Inc., Credo Technology Group Holding Ltd., Coherent Corp. and Marvell Technology Inc. The Fund was formed and commenced trading in May 2026, is listed on Cboe BZX Exchange, and carries a 0.35% annual management fee. Corgi Strategies, LLC, the Fund’s San Francisco, California-based investment adviser, was founded in July 2025 and serves as the Fund’s discretionary manager; Paralel Distributors LLC acts as distributor, U.S. Bank N.A. serves as custodian, and U.S. Bancorp Fund Services provides administration and transfer-agent services. Recent major developments include the Fund’s May 2026 launch as Corgi’s actively managed thematic ETF focused on lithography and semiconductor photonics, followed by expansion to 41 portfolio holdings and approximately $428.33 million in assets under management as of August 28, 2026; Corgi also introduced the Corgi Lithography & Semiconductor Photonics 2x Daily ETF, which seeks two times the daily performance of EUV, in August 2026.
