- Bow River Capital Evergreen Private Markets Fund (EVERX) is a registered interval fund managed by Bow River Advisers, LLC, a subsidiary of Bow River Capital, that provides investors with broad access to private markets, primarily through a diversified portfolio of middle market private equity investments; direct and single-asset deals (57% allocation); secondary and late primary transactions (38%); and primary fund commitments (5%); complemented by selective private credit opportunities, liquid securities, and co-investments across vintage years, geographies, industries, and deal sizes. The Fund offers Class I shares (EVERX) and Class II shares (BREVX), with features including quarterly repurchase programs, monthly subscriptions, 1099 tax reporting, a 1.75% management fee on NAV, no performance fee, and a minimum investment of $250,000 (potentially lower via aggregation through intermediaries). Launched on May 22, 2020, following the conversion of a predecessor limited partnership account, the Fund is headquartered in Denver, Colorado, and targets accredited investors, family offices, wealth managers, and institutions seeking institutional-quality private market exposure without traditional long lock-ups or high minimums.
As of November 2025, the Fund manages $1.10 billion in assets under management, encompassing 154 total investments and recent deployments of $23 million across three co-investments and one LP secondary, including Project Midhurst ($7.5 million LP secondary for lower-middle-market diversification), Project Ranger ($9.7 million no-fee co-investment in rail engineering services), Project Tank ($3 million no-fee co-investment in propane distribution), Project Buzz ($3 million no-fee co-investment in legal practice-management software), and a private credit primary commitment. In January 2024, Bow River Advisers formed a strategic partnership with New York Life Investment Management (NYLIM), under which NYLIM acquired a minority interest and assumed distribution and client service responsibilities to broaden investor access while preserving the Fund's investment strategy and operations. The Fund marked its five-year track record in June 2025, having executed over 120 transactions for exposure to hundreds of private companies, and continued team expansion with hires such as Nic Voils in March 2024 and further additions in 2025 amid surpassing $500 million AUM in June 2024 and $990 million by September 2025. Bow River Capital, the parent entity with over $4.7 billion in broader assets under management as of mid-2025, maintains expertise across lower- and middle-market private credit, private equity, real estate, defense technology, and software growth equity, leveraging 20+ years in the middle market.
