Exchange Bankshares, Inc. (OTC: EXCH) serves as the holding company for Exchange Bank, a full-service community bank providing personal, business, commercial real estate, and trust and investment management services primarily in California. Founded in 1890 and headquartered in Santa Rosa, California, the company through its subsidiary offers checking and savings accounts; mortgage, real estate, consumer, commercial, multifamily, construction, home equity, SBA, C&I, and residential loans; cash management services; internet and mobile banking; travel club; bill payment; merchant services; and credit cards. Exchange Bank operates 17 retail branches in Sonoma County, one retail branch in Roseville, and trust and investment management offices in Santa Rosa, Roseville, Marin County, and Silicon Valley, with total assets of approximately $3.31 billion as of September 30, 2025. In recent developments, the bank reported third quarter 2025 net income of $8.6 million, up from $4.9 million in the prior year quarter, driven by a 17% increase in net interest income from higher loan volumes and reduced borrowings, alongside non-interest income growth from a $1.4 million gain on the sale of bank premises; gross loans grew 6% year-over-year to $1.71 billion, deposits rose 2.5% to $2.89 billion, and borrowings decreased significantly to $40 million following the January 2025 payoff of a Federal Reserve Bank Term Funding Program loan. The bank maintains strong asset quality with non-accrual loans at 0.17% of gross loans and a total risk-based capital ratio of 19.46%, while promoting key personnel including Jonathan Pope to Senior Vice President – Commercial Lender, Julia Little to Loan Compliance Officer, and Jeremy Cook to Assistant Vice President – Security Officer.
