Business
Fancy Wood Industries Public Company Limited manufactures and distributes rubber wood furniture and related products in Thailand and internationally; its core offerings include chipboards, laminated boards, laminated laths, joint wood products, sawn timber, thin chipboards, living room furniture, kitchen furniture, and modified rubber wood items, with additional involvement in real estate development through the sale of detached houses, townhouses, condominiums, and land as well as property rental. Founded in 1970 and headquartered in Samut Prakan, Thailand, the company operates production facilities including a sawmill and kiln dry plant in Surat Thani, employs approximately 293 people, and exports to markets such as the USA, Canada, Japan, and Europe. Recent developments include the renewal and extension of three factory space lease contracts in December 2024, short-term rental agreements with a director for office buildings and land totaling 748,200 baht over two years in July 2025, ongoing opportunities for shareholders to propose agendas and director candidates for the 2025 annual general meeting, and reports of declining revenue in the second and third quarters of 2025 primarily due to market conditions.
