- The Advisors’ Inner Circle Fund II – Frontier Asset Absolute Return ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks long-term total return through an absolute-return-oriented, multi-asset fund-of-funds strategy. Trading on NYSE Arca under the ticker FARX, the Fund primarily invests in exchange-traded funds selected by Frontier Asset Management, LLC, providing exposure to domestic and foreign equity securities; fixed-income securities issued by U.S., developed-market and emerging-market issuers; commodities; and currencies. The Fund has no prescribed strategic asset-allocation targets under normal market conditions and may employ allocations across growth and value equities, short- through long-duration income-producing securities, commodity-related strategies, currency strategies, trend-following and managed-futures strategies, and cash-equivalent instruments. It is designed for investors seeking diversified exposure across asset classes through a single actively managed ETF vehicle.
FARX is a series of The Advisors’ Inner Circle Fund II, a Massachusetts-organized open-end management investment company. Frontier Asset Management, LLC, an independent registered investment adviser headquartered in Sheridan, Wyoming, serves as investment adviser, while Exchange Traded Concepts, LLC serves as sub-adviser. SEI Investments Distribution Co. acts as distributor. The Fund is domiciled in the United States and invests globally through underlying ETFs and other permitted instruments, targeting exposure to both domestic and international markets.
The Fund commenced operations on December 19, 2024, as part of Frontier Asset Management’s launch of six actively managed Frontier ETFs on the New York Stock Exchange. The launch represented Frontier’s strategic expansion into exchange-traded products and introduced a suite of fund-of-funds vehicles that use Frontier’s manager-research and ETF-selection process. Alongside FARX, the initial suite included the Frontier Asset U.S. Large Cap Equity ETF, Frontier Asset Global Small Cap Equity ETF, Frontier Asset Total International Equity ETF, Frontier Asset Core Bond ETF, and Frontier Asset Opportunistic Credit ETF. Recent reported portfolio exposures have included short-term bond ETFs, floating-rate Treasury ETFs, ultra-short income ETFs, commodity-strategy ETFs, managed-futures and trend-following ETFs, high-yield bond ETFs, collateralized-loan-obligation ETFs, U.S. small-cap equity ETFs and momentum-oriented equity ETFs.
