Feintool International Holding AG, along with its affiliated entities, specializes in delivering precision-engineered components, including fineblanked and formed steel parts, as well as punched electro sheet products across Switzerland, the broader European region, the United States, Japan, China, and India. The company primarily operates through its System Parts division, which develops, manufactures, and supplies high-precision system components and complex assemblies utilizing advanced fineblanking, forming, and electrolamination stamping technologies. This segment is also responsible for in-house tool design, engineering, and production to support its manufacturing processes. Feintool’s offerings are integral to various sectors, notably the automotive industry for applications such as engine, chassis, transmission, and safety mechanisms, and seat adjusters. The company has significantly expanded its focus on components for electric motors and drives, hydrogen technology including bipolar plates for fuel cells, renewable energy applications like wind turbines, general mechanical engineering, industrial equipment, household appliances, and medical technology. Established in 1959, Feintool is headquartered in Lyss, Switzerland. Feintool International Holding AG functions as a subsidiary of Artemis Beteiligungen I AG.
