Business
Fjordland Exploration Inc. is a Vancouver-based exploration stage company engaged in the acquisition and exploration of prospective mineral deposits primarily in Canada, with a focus on nickel, copper, cobalt, graphite, lithium and copper-gold systems. Founded in 1986 and headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, the company advances a portfolio of early-stage and advanced mineral properties including the South Voisey’s Bay project in Labrador, the 100%-owned Renzy nickel project near Maniwaki, Quebec, the West Milligan and Witch copper-gold projects in central British Columbia, and the Manat-nipi lithium project on Quebec’s North Shore, while also holding interests in collaborative exploration projects with industry partners. Recent company developments include approval of an eight-for-one share consolidation effective September 21, 2026, adoption of semi-annual financial reporting in May 2026, and leadership and board changes completed in 2025 and 2026, including CEO, CFO and director transitions. The company remains focused on mineral property exploration in established Canadian mining jurisdictions and does not report operating revenue, while continuing to evaluate the economic potential of its projects.
