FFB Bancorp (FFBB) operates as the bank holding company for FFB Bank, a California-based community bank providing deposit, lending, and related financial services to individuals, professionals, small and middle-market businesses primarily in Central California. FFB Bank offers deposit products including checking accounts, savings accounts, money market accounts, certificates of deposit, and individual retirement accounts; lending products such as residential real estate loans, commercial loans, small business loans including SBA loans, commercial real estate and construction loans, agricultural loans and lines of credit, Farmer Mac loans, and equipment leasing services; and fee-based services comprising debit and credit cards, online and mobile banking, online bill pay, cash management, remote deposit capture, merchant services, permanent and FFBridge multifamily financing, broker resources, and business manager solutions. The bank acts as an acquiring bank for Visa and MasterCard transactions and maintains a single branch office. FFB Bancorp, founded in 2005 and headquartered at 7690 North Palm Avenue, Suite 101, Fresno, California, completed a reorganization in May 2023 in which Communities First Financial Corporation became the new parent holding company of FFB Bank, with shares exchanged on a one-for-one basis and the entity's name changed to FFB Bancorp; shares trade on the OTCQX under the ticker FFBB. In 2025, FFB Bancorp reported strong quarterly earnings, including $8.56 million or $2.69 per diluted share for the third quarter of 2024 with continued deposit retention from ISO partners into 2025, and earned recognition as Best Bank in the Fresno Bee's Best of Central California Awards for the fourth time.
