Flekkefjord Sparebank Flekkefjord Sparebank (FFSB.OL), an independent regional savings bank founded in 1837 and headquartered in Flekkefjord, Norway, provides comprehensive banking, insurance, and investment services to private individuals, small and medium-sized enterprises, and corporate customers primarily in the Lister, Dalane, and Lindesnes regions along Norway's southwest coast, including municipalities such as Flekkefjord, Farsund, Hægebostad, Kvinesdal, Lindesnes, Lund, Lyngdal, Sirdal, and Sokndal. The bank offers a wide range of deposit products including savings accounts, current accounts, association accounts, and other deposit options; lending solutions encompassing mortgage loans, car loans, boat loans, cottage loans, construction loans, consumer loans, installment loans, agricultural loans, liquidity loans with guarantees, leasing facilities, and guarantees; insurance products covering life and health, house and contents, vehicle, travel and leisure, property, and liability; investment services through trading in funds, shares, equity certificates, subscription rights, and ETF/ETNs; as well as mobile banking, online banking, telephone banking, pension services, bank cards, and specialized offerings like Flekkefjord Sparebank UNG for customers aged 18 to 34 with tailored advice and favorable terms. In recent developments, Flekkefjord Sparebank listed equity certificates on Euronext Growth Oslo in May 2024 following a private placement that raised approximately NOK 163 million to support growth and community contributions; entered a strategic partnership with Borea Asset Management as part of the Frendegruppen banking consortium, which acquired a majority stake in Borea in 2024 (completed in the third quarter pending approvals) to expand fund offerings including new equity funds available in its portal from early 2025; and acquired a 60% stake in Regnskap-Service Flekkefjord AS in January 2025 to enhance accounting and financial advisory capabilities for local clients.
