- The Advisors’ Inner Circle Fund II—Frontier Asset U.S. Large Cap Equity ETF is an actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks long-term total return through investment primarily in equity securities of large-capitalization U.S. companies. The Fund operates as a fund of funds and typically invests in a portfolio of approximately six to 12 underlying exchange-traded funds, providing exposure principally to U.S. large-cap common stocks and, as applicable, real estate investment trusts; it may also invest up to 20% of net assets in mid-capitalization equities and developed-market foreign-company equities. The Fund defines large-cap issuers by reference to the market-capitalization range of companies in the S&P 500 Index and may exhibit either growth or value investment characteristics. Its portfolio-construction process combines asset-allocation analysis, quantitative and qualitative ETF-manager research, risk-adjusted-return assessment, market-condition and valuation analysis, and mean-variance optimization. Shares trade on NYSE Arca under the ticker FLCE and are issued and redeemed in Creation Units through authorized participants, while individual investors buy and sell shares in the secondary market. The Fund is a separate series of The Advisors’ Inner Circle Fund II, a Massachusetts business trust and open-end management investment company established in 1992. Frontier Asset Management, LLC, an independent asset manager established in 2000 and headquartered in Sheridan, Wyoming, serves as investment adviser; Exchange Traded Concepts, LLC serves as trading sub-adviser; and SEI Investments Distribution Co. distributes Fund shares. The Fund was launched on December 20, 2024, as part of Frontier Asset Management’s strategic expansion into active ETFs through SEI’s Advisors’ Inner Circle Fund platform, alongside the Frontier Asset Absolute Return ETF, Core Bond ETF, Opportunistic Credit ETF, Global Small Cap Equity ETF, and Total International Equity ETF. As reflected in the Fund’s March 2026 regulatory materials, FLCE continues to operate as part of this six-fund Frontier active-ETF suite, with Frontier responsible for investment management and Exchange Traded Concepts responsible for portfolio trading, broker-dealer selection, trade compliance, and trading-activity monitoring.
