- Themes ETF Trust – Leverage Shares 2X Long FLEX Daily ETF is a United States-domiciled, actively managed, non-diversified exchange-traded fund that seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, corresponding to 200% of the daily performance of Flex Ltd. common stock (NASDAQ: FLEX). The Fund provides leveraged long exposure to a single information-technology and electronics-manufacturing-services issuer through a synthetic portfolio of total-return swap agreements referencing Flex Ltd., cash and cash equivalents, and collateral investments, including U.S. Treasury obligations; it resets and rebalances its exposure daily to maintain its 2x target. FLEL is designed principally for sophisticated investors and active traders seeking short-term tactical bullish exposure to Flex Ltd. without directly using margin; returns for periods longer than one day may differ materially from twice the cumulative performance of Flex Ltd. because of daily compounding and rebalancing. The Fund trades on Cboe under the ticker FLEL, charges a 0.99% total expense ratio, and is managed by Themes Management Company LLC under the Leverage Shares by Themes product platform.
