Themes ETF Trust - Leverage Shares 2X Long FORM Daily ETF is a U.S.-listed, actively managed, non-diversified exchange-traded fund that seeks daily leveraged investment results, before fees and expenses, equal to 200% of the daily percentage change in the price of FormFactor, Inc. common stock (Nasdaq: FORM). The Fund is sponsored within Themes ETF Trust and advised by Themes Management Company, LLC. It provides sophisticated investors and active traders with long, single-stock exposure to FormFactor, a semiconductor test and measurement equipment company, through a regulated ETF structure rather than direct margin borrowing. The Fund launched on June 23, 2026, trades on the Cboe BZX Exchange under ticker FOMG, and carries a 0.75% annual management fee. The Fund’s principal investment products and strategies include daily 2x leveraged exposure to FormFactor shares; total-return swap agreements with major financial institutions; standardized exchange-traded call and put options; Flexible Exchange (FLEX) options; synthetic-forward positions combining long calls and short puts; direct holdings of FormFactor common stock to a lesser extent; and collateral investments, including money market funds, deposit accounts, short-term investment-grade debt instruments, U.S. government securities, repurchase agreements and Treasury-related money market instruments. It invests at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in FormFactor common stock and financial instruments that collectively provide its targeted 200% daily long exposure. The portfolio is rebalanced at the close of each trading day to reset the targeted leverage, and is concentrated in the semiconductors and semiconductor equipment industry. FOMG’s target market comprises knowledgeable, short-term investors seeking tactical bullish exposure to FormFactor’s daily share-price movements. The Fund is intended for active portfolio monitoring because its performance over periods longer than one trading day can differ materially from twice FormFactor’s cumulative performance as a result of daily compounding, volatility, derivative pricing, financing costs and portfolio rebalancing. It may experience substantial losses, including a complete loss of an investor’s principal if FormFactor declines by more than 50% in a single trading day. The Fund’s principal geographic exposure is the United States, reflecting FormFactor’s U.S.-listed common stock and the Fund’s U.S.-regulated ETF and derivatives structure. As of September 2, 2026, its reported positions consisted primarily of FormFactor-linked swap agreements and an allocation to the First American Treasury Obligations Fund, alongside cash and other financing-related balances. The principal recent corporate development is the Fund’s June 2026 launch as a new single-stock leveraged ETF within the Themes ETF Trust and Leverage Shares product suite. On June 23, 2026, the Trust changed the Fund’s trading symbol from FOML to FOMG; shareholders were not required to take action in connection with the ticker update. The Fund’s launch expanded Leverage Shares’ U.S. lineup of daily leveraged ETFs by adding a vehicle providing 2x daily long exposure to FormFactor.
