- Fort Technology Inc. is a Canada-based e-commerce consumer-products company engaged in the development, marketing, assembly and sale of amateur and professional products for the pest control and remedial repair industries. The Company’s product portfolio is marketed principally under the proprietary Roshield, Entopest, Rempro and BirdGo brands and includes pest-control and pest-management products; bird-control products; remedial-repair products; and related consumer and professional-use solutions. Fort sells primarily through Amazon marketplaces and other online sales channels, serving customers in the United Kingdom, France, Germany and other continental European markets. Its material operating subsidiary, Fort Products Limited, has operated in the pest-control industry since 2005 and provides the Company with technical and product-development experience. Fort Technology Inc. is headquartered in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada, and is controlled by Nexera Technologies Ltd. In 2025, the Company acquired Fort Products Limited from Nexera as part of its operating-business transformation. In June 2026, Fort commenced trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol FRTT while retaining its TSX Venture Exchange listing under FORT. In August 2026, Fort entered into definitive agreements to acquire a 50.1% interest in Logia USA Inc., and subsequently completed the acquisition, expanding into the U.S. market for advanced fuel-integrity, automated fuel-maintenance and monitoring solutions for data centers, standby-power generation systems and other mission-critical facilities.
