FP Newspapers Inc. is a Canada-based media holding company that owns securities entitling it to 49% of the distributable cash flow of FP Canadian Newspapers Limited Partnership (FPLP). Through FPLP, the Company participates in the publishing, printing and distribution of daily and weekly newspapers, specialty publications and advertising materials principally in Manitoba, Canada. FPLP owns and operates the Winnipeg Free Press and other Manitoba-based news and media publications, providing editorial news and information content through print and digital formats; print and digital advertising platforms for businesses seeking to reach Manitoba audiences; circulation and subscription products; commercial printing services; digital media and related marketing services; and distribution of advertising materials. Its operations serve readers, subscribers, advertisers and commercial customers across Manitoba, with particular exposure to the Winnipeg market. FP Newspapers Inc. was founded in 2002 and is headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
