Recent developments include the incorporation of new subsidiaries, capital increases and dilution of interests in existing entities during the first half of 2025 to optimize its portfolio and expand into technology-driven areas; its associate China Yuchai International announced unaudited first half 2024 financial results and implemented equity incentive schemes; additionally, BRC Asia, another associate, extended the long-stop date for disposal of a shareholding interest.
