Business
Eleving Group S.A. operates as a global multi-brand financial technology company providing vehicle mobility and consumer financing solutions across emerging and developed markets. The company conducts its operations through two primary business segments: Vehicle Finance and Consumer Finance. Its product and service portfolio includes used and pre-owned vehicle loans; vehicle lease and leaseback financing; long-term vehicle rental and subscription services; motorcycle, three-wheeler, and light commercial vehicle asset financing tailored for gig-economy drivers and micro-entrepreneurs; unsecured personal loans; revolving credit lines; short-term installment loans; and point-of-sale merchant financing. Eleving Group distributes its financial solutions through digital platforms and a multi-channel branch network under proprietary brand names, including Mogo and Primero for vehicle financing and mobility solutions; Renti for car subscription and rental services; and Kredo, Tigo, and Sebo for consumer lending products. The company serves retail consumers, ride-hailing operators, and micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises across more than a dozen countries spanning the Baltic region, Central and Eastern Europe, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Central Asia. Founded in 2012 as Mogo Finance and subsequently rebranded to Eleving Group in 2021, the company maintains its corporate headquarters in Riga, Latvia. In recent operational and strategic developments, Eleving Group completed its initial public offering in late 2024, listing its shares on the Nasdaq Riga Baltic Main List and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange; expanded its green mobility initiatives through financing packages and infrastructure partnerships for electric two-wheelers in East Africa; diversified its capital structure through international senior secured bond offerings; and broadened its digital lending infrastructure with automated credit underwriting, machine learning risk assessment models, and mobile-first self-service portals.
