The company develops, constructs and sells residential properties; undertakes urban renewal projects, including Vacate & Build and TAMA 38/2 demolition-and-reconstruction schemes; and holds and manages income-producing real estate assets such as office buildings, industrial facilities, hotels, logistics centers, commercial complexes, housing clusters and retirement communities.
