The company operates a specialized fleet of Dynamic Positioning (DP2) multi-purpose offshore survey vessels equipped with proprietary survey systems, advanced ROVs, and geotechnical spreads. In May 2024, Next Geosolutions Europe completed its initial public offering (IPO) on the Euronext Growth Milan market under the ticker NXT, securing capital to finance international fleet expansion, technological advancements, and operational scaling. Over the last two years, the company has expanded its operational fleet through long-term vessel charter agreements and deepwater subsea tooling acquisitions, opened dedicated regional offices in Northern Europe, and secured multi-year survey and inspection contracts for major European submarine power grid interconnection projects and offshore wind developments across the Mediterranean and North Sea regions.
