Business
GFG Resources Inc. (TSXV: GFG; OTCQB: GFGSF), a North American precious metals exploration company headquartered in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada and founded in 2015, engages in the acquisition, exploration and development of gold properties primarily in the prolific Timmins Mining District of Ontario, Canada. The company holds a portfolio of district-scale gold assets, including the flagship Goldarm Property comprising the Montclerg Gold Project, WWCC Property under option to earn 100% interest, and Aljo Mine Project; the Pen Gold Project covering approximately 475 square kilometres between Newmont's Borden Gold project and Pan American Silver's West Timmins Mine; and the Dore Gold Project spanning 205 square kilometres in the Swayze Greenstone Belt near IAMGOLD's Cote Lake project. Operations target high-grade gold vein systems, shear-hosted mineralization and greenfield opportunities in tier-one jurisdictions with extensive infrastructure support. Recent developments include the sale of the Rattlesnake Hills Gold Project in Wyoming to Patriot Gold Vault Ltd. for approximately C$3.3 million in December 2024, providing cash proceeds and retained exposure through equity and milestone payments; multiple flow-through financings in 2025 raising over C$7 million with continued investment from Alamos Gold Inc. maintaining an approximately 11% stake; an exploration agreement with Apitipi Anicinapek Nation in March 2025 for the Goldarm Property including community fund contributions and share issuance; strategic claim acquisitions at Pen Gold Project; and aggressive 2025 drilling programs at Aljo yielding high-grade intercepts such as 6.62 g/t Au over 11.2 metres and 32.70 g/t Au over 0.5 metres, alongside initial results from Pen confirming gold and base metals at multiple targets, supported by a C$200,000 Ontario Junior Exploration Program grant.
