The Fund invests primarily in a managed mix of equity and equity-related securities, including common stocks, preferred stocks, equity swaps, and call options, as well as fixed-income securities such as corporate bonds, convertible corporate bonds, asset-backed securities, sovereign debt, and government obligations; it targets both investment-grade and non-investment-grade issues across diversified sectors like consumer discretionary, energy, financials, healthcare, industrials, information technology, real estate, and communications services. Geographically, the Fund pursues opportunities in both U.S. and non-U.S. markets, with holdings in countries including the United States, China, France, Germany, Switzerland, Canada, and Hong Kong. Launched on January 12, 2006 and domiciled in the United States, the Fund is managed by Clough Capital Partners L.P. and headquartered at 1700 Broadway, Suite 1850, Denver, Colorado.
