DBX ETF Trust – Xtrackers US 0-1 Year Treasury ETF is a U.S.-domiciled exchange-traded fund that seeks investment results corresponding generally, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the ICE U.S. Treasury Short Bond Index. Operating under the Xtrackers brand and advised by DBX Advisors LLC, the fund provides exchange-traded exposure to the U.S. short-duration government fixed-income market through a portfolio of U.S. Treasury securities, including Treasury bills, notes and other direct obligations of the U.S. government, with remaining maturities generally ranging from one month to one year. The fund employs a representative-sampling approach rather than necessarily holding every constituent of its benchmark and is designed for investors seeking relatively short-term U.S. Treasury exposure, liquidity management, cash-equivalent allocation and interest-rate-risk reduction. Shares trade on NYSE Arca under the ticker symbol TRSY in U.S. dollars. The ETF was formed on October 9, 2024, is domiciled in the United States and is managed from New York through DBX Advisors LLC and affiliated DWS Investment Management Americas, Inc. operations. Its principal customer base comprises retail and institutional investors, financial advisers, wealth managers, registered investment advisers, broker-dealers and other market participants seeking listed access to short-dated U.S. government debt. Recent operational changes include an effective February 1, 2026 update to the fund’s prospectus management disclosure, identifying Benjamin Spalding as Senior Portfolio Manager and Nancy Thai and Nicholas Crociata as Portfolio Managers; Mr. Crociata joined the fund’s portfolio-management team in 2025.
