ETF Opportunities Trust – T-REX 2X Long GME Daily Target ETF is a non-diversified, actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, equal to 200% of the daily performance of the publicly traded common stock of GameStop Corp. (NYSE: GME). Trading under the ticker GMEU on Cboe BZX Exchange, Inc., the fund provides leveraged, single-stock equity exposure for investors seeking short-term bullish exposure to GameStop. The fund pursues its objective by investing at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in financial instruments designed in the aggregate to provide 200% daily exposure to GME, including total-return swaps, options, common stock, cash and cash equivalents, and other derivative instruments. It does not seek to achieve its investment objective over periods longer or shorter than one trading day, and performance may diverge materially from twice GameStop’s cumulative performance over multi-day holding periods due to daily rebalancing, volatility and compounding. The fund is sponsored within ETF Opportunities Trust, a Delaware statutory trust headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, and is advised by Tuttle Capital Management, LLC; the T-REX product suite is marketed through the collaboration of REX Shares and Tuttle Capital Management. GMEU primarily serves sophisticated traders and investors using standard U.S. brokerage accounts to obtain leveraged exposure to the U.S. consumer-discretionary and specialty-retail sector through GameStop shares. The fund was launched on April 24, 2025, as part of REX and Tuttle’s expansion of the T-REX single-stock ETF lineup, alongside the T-REX 2X Long SNOW Daily Target ETF, and was introduced as the first U.S. ETF designed to provide 2x daily leveraged exposure to GameStop. Recent operational developments include its continued inclusion in the expanding T-REX 2X leveraged ETF platform, which uses primarily total-return swaps and related derivatives to offer daily long and inverse exposure to individual U.S.-listed equities and crypto-linked assets.
