MedTech Solutions S.A. is a Poland-based medical technology and healthcare distribution company specializing in surgical robotics, orthopedic and spinal implants, and artificial intelligence-driven clinical solutions. Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Warsaw, Poland, the company operates across the healthcare, biotechnology, and medical device sectors, serving public and private hospitals, surgical centers, specialized orthopedic clinics, and research institutions throughout Poland and the broader Central European region. The company organizes its business operations into three primary segments: Surgical Robotics, Orthopedic Devices and Implants, and Medical AI and Digital Health. In the Surgical Robotics division, MedTech Solutions provides robotic surgical platforms, including the MISSO robotic system for high-precision orthopedic surgery and total knee arthroplasty; navigation-guided surgical instrumentation; and technical support, installation, and clinical training services for surgical staff. In the Orthopedic Devices and Implants segment, the company supplies spinal fusion and fixation systems, including zero-profile cervical cages, lumbar implants, and pedicle screw assemblies in partnership with manufacturers such as GPC Medical; joint reconstruction prostheses for hip and knee replacements; trauma plates and fracture stabilization devices; orthopedic biomaterials; and specialized surgical consumable kits. In the Medical AI and Digital Health division, the company develops and deploys proprietary clinical software solutions, including Reffer AI, an artificial intelligence platform designed to streamline clinical trial management and patient recruitment; RedPulse, an AI- and RFID-powered hospital blood logistics and resource management system developed with the Eastern ICT Cluster; and clinical decision support systems (CDSS) and bioengineering tools developed in collaboration with academic and defense institutions, including the Military University of Technology (WAT). In recent major corporate developments, the company executed a strategic pivot from its historical e-commerce and dropshipping operations to the medical technology sector, formally completing its corporate rebranding and registering its name change from E-shopping Group S.A. to MedTech Solutions S.A. in March 2025. In September 2026, MedTech Solutions completed the 100 percent acquisition of Good For You Medical sp. z o.o. (GFYM), a specialized orthopedic distributor, expanding its commercial footprint to a direct network of more than 120 hospital facilities across Poland. The company also secured an exclusive five-year Polish distribution agreement with Meril Life Sciences for the MISSO orthopedic robotic surgery system. To support strategic growth and technology acquisitions, the company executed capital increases via equity share issuances. MedTech Solutions S.A. trades on the NewConnect market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol MDT and is advancing a planned uplisting to the GPW Main Market, with its prospectus submission to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) scheduled for the first quarter of 2027.
