- Gold Hart Copper Corp. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration and advancement of gold, copper, silver and molybdenum properties in Chile’s Maricunga Gold Belt, Vicuña Copper-Gold District and Domeyko Fault System. The Company’s principal exploration portfolio includes the Tolita gold-copper-molybdenum-silver porphyry asset in the Vicuña District; the Nessa gold-copper-silver complex west of the La Coipa mining area; the Cachitos, Cerro Casale Sur and Zelma properties adjacent to the Norte Abierto gold-copper district; the Toro property; and the Pingo and Manto Carolina gold-copper-silver properties. Gold Hart conducts mineral-property acquisition, geological mapping, geochemical soil sampling, geophysical surveying, trenching, diamond drilling, reverse-circulation drilling, assay analysis, concession applications and early-stage resource-target delineation. Its exploration targets comprise prospective porphyry and related mineral systems containing gold, copper, silver and molybdenum, with an emphasis on large-scale, near-surface mineralization and properties located near established or advanced mining districts in northern Chile. The Company generally acquires and consolidates mineral claims through share-based transactions and seeks to own its exploration properties outright, rather than through conventional option arrangements. Gold Hart Copper is headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, and operates through its Chilean exploration activities; its Chilean property strategy traces to claims initially assembled in the Maricunga-Vicuña region beginning in 1993. Formerly known as Vicunau Metals Corp., the Company completed a reverse-takeover transaction in March 2025, adopted the Gold Hart Copper Corp. name and commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol HART. Recent operational developments include continued drilling at Tolita, where the Company reported its longest mineralized interval to date from DDHTOL01 in July 2026; completion of a first comprehensive geochemical soil survey at the Nessa Complex, with results announced in August 2026; and the filing of an exploration-mining concession application for the Copioso historic gold-copper-silver former-mine asset to expand its Chilean portfolio. In March 2026, Gold Hart completed an oversubscribed non-brokered private placement of 71,590,822 units at C$0.26 per unit for gross proceeds of C$18.61 million, intended to support exploration and corporate activities. The Company also entered into an arrangement to acquire Rhyolite Resources Ltd.; following completion of the transaction, Rhyolite operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of Gold Hart Copper, expanding the Company’s mineral-exploration platform and property portfolio in Chile.
