ETF Opportunities Trust – Tuttle Capital Concentrated Memory Stack ETF is an actively managed, non-diversified exchange-traded fund launched and managed by Tuttle Capital Management, LLC. The fund, which trades on Cboe under the ticker HBMX, seeks long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in companies that the adviser considers pure-play participants in the memory-semiconductor ecosystem. Formed on June 2, 2026, the U.S.-domiciled fund is advised from Tuttle Capital Management’s Greenwich, Connecticut headquarters. HBMX’s principal investment products comprise publicly traded equity securities and derivative or other instruments providing economic exposure to memory-stack companies; the fund normally invests at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in such securities and instruments. Its investment universe includes manufacturers of DRAM, NAND flash memory and high-bandwidth memory; suppliers of advanced memory architectures; semiconductor packaging and assembly providers; substrate and materials suppliers; semiconductor test companies; and manufacturers of fabrication, testing and advanced-packaging equipment. The fund maintains a high-conviction portfolio generally consisting of approximately 20 to 35 securities and excludes pre-revenue and development-stage holdings. HBMX targets companies serving artificial-intelligence infrastructure, data centers, advanced computing and broader semiconductor supply chains across the United States and international markets, including Asia. The fund does not seek to track an index and charges a 0.95% management fee, with Tuttle Capital Management covering other fund expenses. Recent strategic developments include the June 2026 launch of HBMX as Tuttle Capital Management’s concentrated thematic vehicle for the memory-semiconductor value chain and the August 2026 addition of exposure to ChangXin Memory Technologies Co., Ltd. (CXMT), a Chinese memory-chip producer, through a total return swap, expanding the fund’s ability to access a significant international memory-semiconductor participant not readily accessible to many U.S. investors.
