- Corgi HIMS 2x Daily ETF is a non-diversified, actively managed exchange-traded fund that seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, equal to two times the daily performance of the publicly traded common stock of Hims & Hers Health, Inc. (NYSE: HIMS). The Fund provides single-stock leveraged exposure through total return swaps and other financial instruments rather than direct ownership of HIMS shares; it also may hold cash, cash equivalents, U.S. Treasury bills and money-market instruments for collateral and liquidity-management purposes. Its principal offering is 2x daily exposure to Hims & Hers Health, with the portfolio reset and rebalanced each trading day; returns over periods longer than one trading day can differ materially from twice the underlying stock’s cumulative return due to compounding and volatility.
