Founded in 1958 in collaboration with Westinghouse Brake & Signal Co. Ltd., U.K., and headquartered at Peninsula Corporate Park in Mumbai, India, the company recently acquired the business and operating assets of France-based BeLink Solutions for €1 million in September 2025 to establish a European manufacturing base in robotics, electronics manufacturing services, and electronics R&D, while incorporating subsidiary BELINK HIRECT SAS in France with a 66% equity stake and infusing €2 million, and raising ₹273.6 crore through a preferential issue of 200,000 equity warrants in September 2025.
