The group operates primarily in the People's Republic of China, with additional activities in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Italy, targeting automotive manufacturers, educational institutions, students, and corporate clients seeking financial and investment solutions; it also provides credit financing, corporate management, equity investment, and immigration consulting services. Founded in 1951 and headquartered in Sai Wan, Hong Kong, the company, formerly known as China Vehicle Components Technology Holdings Limited, changed its name to China First Capital Group Limited in September 2015.
