Business
Macau E&M Holding Limited is a Cayman Islands-incorporated investment holding company primarily engaged in providing electrical and mechanical (E&M) engineering contract works and maintenance services in Macau; its core offerings include the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of low voltage (LV) systems, heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems, and extra low voltage (ELV) systems, as well as repair and maintenance for property and hospitality facilities such as hotels and entertainment resorts, and management of project quality and delivery. The company serves the property development, hospitality, public infrastructure, and gaming sectors, primarily in Macau with recent expansion into international markets including a significant CCTV-related project for a casino in Sri Lanka valued at MOP26.5 million. Founded in 2011 and headquartered at Estrada Marginal do Hipódromo, No. 56-68, Edifício Industrial Lee Cheung, 13 Andar D, Macau, it operates through subsidiaries focused on E&M engineering without notable parent company relationships. In recent developments, the group reported revenue of MOP92.1 million for the year ended December 31, 2024, reflecting a 28% decline due to lower contract volumes amid competition but achieved a narrowed net loss of MOP2.49 million through cost controls and operational efficiencies that boosted gross margins by 2 percentage points; for the six months ended June 30, 2025, revenue fell 29% to MOP40.4 million yet delivered a sharply reduced net loss of MOP0.17 million with gross profit margins improving to 12% via resource optimization and restructuring, while maintaining a strong liquidity position with MOP141.6 million in cash and bank balances as of year-end 2024.
