Business
Vico International Holdings Limited is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company principally engaged in the distribution and sale of diesel, lubricant oils, and petrochemical products, alongside the provision of fleet card services within Hong Kong. The company’s main products include automotive diesel for vehicle engines; industrial diesel for machinery and generators; self-branded lubricant oils; third-party branded lubricant oils; and other petrochemicals such as bitumen and kerosene. It sources semi-finished lubricant oils in bulk and finished products from overseas suppliers for in-house blending, repackaging, and wholesale and retail sales. The fleet card service enables cardholders to purchase diesel, petrol, branded lubricants, and greases at network gas stations, targeting logistics and transportation operators. Founded and headquartered in Hong Kong, Vico International has recently focused on expanding its market presence through enhanced distribution channels, product upgrades emphasizing performance and environmental responsibility, and exploring regional market opportunities in Southeast Asia and the Middle East. The company also deepens collaborations in its fleet card segment by integrating tailored fuel solutions and data-driven cost management tools to enhance customer loyalty and retention. Most recently, in the financial period ending September 2025, Vico reported a 13.9% decline in revenue to approximately HK$697.7 million but achieved a 14.6% increase in net profit to HK$11.0 million, reflecting improved operational efficiency. The company continues to emphasize cost efficiency and digital transformation through data analytics to optimize sales strategies and customer engagement while exploring strategic regional expansion to diversify revenue streams. Vico International Holdings Limited operates as an investment holding company with subsidiaries involved in these core business segments and maintains its base in Hong Kong since its founding.
