In recent developments, China Wacan Group, formerly known as Hands Form Holdings Limited, completed its rebranding to China Wacan Group Company Limited in December 2024 following shareholder approval to better position itself in the market. The company raised over HK$14 million through a share placement in June 2025 and agreed in 2025 to issue 112.3 million new shares at HK$0.3965 each to its controlling shareholder, China Alliance Venture Technology, aiming to raise HK$44 million for operational needs. Additionally, in 2025, it expanded into the beauty and healthcare sector by launching a new business focused on cosmetics, beauty and skin care products, nutritional and healthy foods, lifestyle beauty, medical beauty, and health management services to diversify beyond construction; it also relocated to larger premises in Hong Kong to support business growth and increased manpower.
