Business
OneForce Holdings Limited OneForce Holdings Limited (1933.HK) provides information technology services focused on smart energy and smart city solutions in the People's Republic of China. Incorporated in 2016 and headquartered in Beijing with a listing address in Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, the company operates through three segments: sale of software and solutions, including design, implementation, enhancement, and upgrades of systems for power grid and distribution companies; provision of technical services, such as maintenance and outsourcing for sold software systems; and sale of products, encompassing software-related hardware, spare parts, and Internet of Things components. It also engages in technical research in power information technology, investment, construction, and operation of smart city infrastructure, serving energy companies, government entities, and corporate customers primarily in China. For the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025, OneForce Holdings Limited reported revenue of RMB377.7 million, down 23% from the prior year due to reduced projects with longer payment cycles aimed at strengthening cash flow, alongside a shift to loss attributable to shareholders of RMB37.6 million amid intensified market competition, increased impairment losses on receivables, and higher R&D investment.
