Business
Ling Yui Holdings Limited (0784.HK) is an investment holding company that provides foundation engineering services principally in Hong Kong. The company offers a comprehensive range of foundation works, including large diameter bored piles, driven H-piles, pre-bored socket H-piles, mini-piles, large-scale excavation and lateral support works (ELS), pile cap works, piling construction, and site formation works; it also provides ancillary services such as road and drainage works for private sector foundation projects. Ling Yui primarily serves main contractors engaged by property developers in the construction and engineering industry. Incorporated in 2017 and listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in December 2017, the company traces its operational origins to Ming Lee Foundation Company Limited, founded in 2007, and is headquartered at Unit 1702-03, 17/F, Stelux House, 698 Prince Edward Road East, San Po Kong, Kowloon, Hong Kong. With approximately 77 employees, it operates its own fleet of specialized machinery, including Hitachi and Kobelco excavators equipped for hydraulic hammers and telescopic arms. Recent developments include a mandatory general offer by Reach Goal Development Limited for Ling Yui shares announced in July 2024, alongside a significant share acquisition by Chairman Ling Chi Fai, who purchased an additional 12.50% stake for HKD 4 million in July 2024; the company also released unaudited interim results for the six months ended September 2024 and held its annual general meeting in August 2025.
