Business
Zhi Sheng Group Holdings Limited, an investment holding company incorporated in the Cayman Islands in 2016 and headquartered in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, People's Republic of China, principally manufactures and sells office furniture products including carpets, curtains and drapes, wallpapers, floorboards, and panels; trades in stationery products; and provides data center services in the PRC and information technology management services in Hong Kong, as well as buildout management services encompassing engineering and management for data center construction works. The company serves governmental departments, financial institutions, and other entities primarily in the domestic PRC market, with a significant proportion of furniture sales derived from Sichuan Province, Chongqing City, Guizhou Province, and the Tibet Autonomous Region through channels such as government tenders and direct sales; it operates sales offices including Sichuan Greenland Furniture Co., Limited in Chengdu and a branch in Chongqing. Operations span the furniture manufacturing segment alongside diversified data center and buildout management segments launched since 2020 via the acquisition of Polyqueue Limited in Shanghai for cabinet leasing and subleasing, with further upstream expansion into partnerships with major internet companies and introduction of buildout services by June 2021 to capitalize on AI and cloud computing growth. Recent developments include the appointment of Lai Ningning as Chief Executive Officer effective December 23, 2024, to accelerate data center transformation; completion in March 2025 of a land use rights acquisition in Tumotezuqi, Inner Mongolia, by subsidiary Inner Mongolia Haoyang for approximately RMB13.2 million to support expansion; a change of headquarters address and principal place of business in the PRC announced in October 2024; and connected transactions involving subscription of new shares under specific mandate in October 2024.
