Baiying Holdings Group Limited (8525.HK) is a Cayman Islands-incorporated investment holding company primarily engaged in providing financial services in China, with operations spanning finance leasing, factoring, and advisory services; packaging and paper products trading; and the manufacture and sale of vinegar and other condiment products. The company offers direct finance leasing for new equipment purchases to support project expansions and technological upgrades, sale-leaseback arrangements to fund working capital needs, commercial factoring services, and value-added advisory on project coordination, contract negotiation, financing, and regulatory compliance, targeting small and medium-sized enterprises, entrepreneurial individuals, and larger corporates predominantly in wholesale, retail, services, manufacturing, real estate, and construction sectors across multiple Chinese provinces. Through subsidiaries Qiaoxin, established in 2020, it manufactures and sells Yongchun Aged Vinegar brands including Qiaoxin 1950 series Kung Fu vinegar, paleo brown vinegar, red yeast rice vinegar, and other condiments to supermarkets, distributors, and retail customers; while Baiying Paper, set up in 2021, trades packaging paper to industry players and trading firms.
