In recent major corporate developments, the company strengthened its strategic alliance with Japanese drugmaker ASKA Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., which expanded its equity investment to become the company's leading foreign strategic shareholder. In coordination with ASKA Pharmaceutical, the company advanced the construction and operational deployment of its high-tech pharmaceutical manufacturing facility at the Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park in Hanoi, developed to meet stringent Japan-GMP and PIC/S-GMP international quality standards. This strategic expansion is designed to facilitate advanced pharmaceutical technology transfer, expand sterile and high-potency oral solid dosage capacities, upgrade regulatory compliance for prescription drug portfolios, and position the company as an export-oriented manufacturing hub for Japan and other high-standard global markets.
