In addition to manufacturing, the company provides technical consulting, pipeline design support, installation services, and custom plastic extrusion and molding solutions for engineering projects. Founded in 1960 and headquartered in Hai Phong, Vietnam, Tien Phong Plastic Joint Stock Company maintains major manufacturing facilities in northern Vietnam and operates a nationwide distribution network supported by regional manufacturing affiliates, including Tien Phong Plastic South Joint Stock Company and Tien Phong Plastic Central Joint Stock Company. The company is backed by the State Capital Investment Corporation (SCIC) as its principal state shareholder alongside Japan-based Sekisui Chemical Co., Ltd. as a key strategic shareholder and technology partner.
