Business
One Capital Hospitality Joint Stock Company is a Vietnam-based investment and operating company primarily engaged in the hospitality, food and beverage manufacturing, and commercial real estate sectors. Founded in 2006 and headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam, the company operates across major metropolitan and tourist centers throughout Vietnam, functioning as a key subsidiary of Ocean Group Joint Stock Company under the investment sponsorship of IDS Equity Holdings. The company organizes its commercial activities into three primary business segments: Food and Beverage Manufacturing and Retail, Hospitality and Leisure Services, and Real Estate Investment and Property Management. In its Food and Beverage segment, the company manufactures, markets, and distributes traditional and Western-style confectionery and frozen dessert products through historic consumer brands, offering stick ice cream, cone ice cream, cup ice cream, and mochi ice cream under the Kem Trang Tien brand; fresh artisanal cakes, French pastries, breads, savory baked goods, and traditional seasonal mooncakes through the Givral Bakery retail bakery chain; and mass-market baked goods, cookies, and confectionery through Hai Ha - Kotobuki. In its Hospitality and Leisure segment, the company owns, manages, and operates luxury four-star and five-star beachfront hotels, boutique resorts, and upscale urban hospitality assets, including the StarCity Hotel and Condotel Beachfront Nha Trang, the Sunrise Nha Trang Beach Hotel and Spa, and the Dusit Tu Hoa Palace in Hanoi; providing comprehensive guest accommodations, conference and banquet facilities, international restaurant dining, bar services, and wellness spa amenities. In its Real Estate segment, the company invests in, leases, and manages prime commercial real estate, including Grade A office spaces and retail facilities such as Leadvisors Tower in Hanoi. In recent developments, the company executed a comprehensive corporate restructuring and debt-reduction program following its official corporate rebranding from Ocean Hospitality and Service Joint Stock Company to One Capital Hospitality Joint Stock Company. As part of an aggressive mergers and acquisitions strategy to scale its consumer goods operations, the company established its specialized food division One Capital Consumer, acquired majority interests in Tin Phat Ice Cream JSC and JP Food, and completed the acquisition of a 70 percent stake in confectionery manufacturer Hai Ha - Kotobuki. Additionally, the company completed comprehensive renovations of StarCity Nha Trang, brought the luxury boutique hotel Dusit Tu Hoa Palace into full commercial operation, advanced the development of the MGallery Ninh Van Bay luxury resort project, and restructured its executive leadership with the appointment of Nguyen Duc Minh as General Director.
