In recent strategic developments, Becamex IDC has accelerated its transition toward next-generation green, smart, and eco-industrial parks, initiating the development of the 700-hectare Cay Truong Industrial Park in Binh Duong and expanding carbon-efficient VSIP complexes across emerging industrial provinces. The corporation has expanded strategic alliances with Singapore's Sembcorp Industries to integrate rooftop solar power, smart microgrids, and renewable energy infrastructure across its industrial parks, while actively scaling smart manufacturing and semiconductor support hubs within the Binh Duong Innovation Region. Additionally, Becamex IDC has undertaken significant capital restructuring, executing large-scale public share issuances and corporate bond programs to fund pipeline infrastructure expansions and retire maturing debt, alongside strengthening partnerships with international tech and logistics firms to establish advanced data centers, bonded logistics facilities, and high-tech supply chain zones.
