CMC Corporation is a Vietnam-based information and communications technology (ICT) and digital transformation company that provides digital infrastructure, enterprise technology solutions, global software outsourcing, cyber security, and applied research services. The company organizes its operations into four core business segments: Digital Infrastructure, Technology and Solutions, Global Business, and Cyber Security. Through its Digital Infrastructure division, CMC delivers enterprise broadband and dedicated internet access; domestic and international transmission via cross-border fiber and submarine cable systems; Tier III-certified data center colocation, managed hosting, and disaster recovery services; and enterprise cloud infrastructure, including its proprietary CMC Cloud platform and multi-cloud management services. The Technology and Solutions segment provides end-to-end system integration; enterprise resource planning and customer relationship management deployment; cloud migration and IT consulting; financial technology and digital banking architecture; and smart city and government digital solutions. The Global Business segment offers custom software development; application modernization and maintenance; quality assurance and testing; and dedicated offshore development center (ODC) services. The Cyber Security division provides proprietary antivirus and endpoint protection software; Next-Generation Security Operations Center (SOC) monitoring; managed detection and response (MDR); penetration testing; threat intelligence; and regulatory compliance auditing. In recent operational developments, CMC Corporation has implemented an AI-First corporate strategy, integrating proprietary artificial intelligence engines—such as the CIVAMS computer vision platform and C-Matching analytics—across its solution ecosystem. The group has also expanded high-density AI infrastructure at its flagship Tan Thuan Data Center, broadened strategic partnerships with global technology providers including Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, and strategic investor Samsung SDS, expanded international subsidiaries in Japan, South Korea, and Singapore, and established dedicated education initiatives in artificial intelligence and semiconductor design. Founded in 1993, CMC Corporation is headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam, and serves public sector entities, financial institutions, telecommunications carriers, and multinational enterprises.
